As a Real Estate sales representative, and as a person, I can appreciate that buying and selling is an emotional and trying process. I have been through it several times myself and know how stressful it can be. After all, buying real estate is one of the biggest investments most of us will ever make. Knowing how important - and stressful - real estate transactions are, I feel that my services MUST involve 100% of my attention, effort and expertise.

I was licensed in February of 1992 and since then I have made Real Estate my career and sole livelihood. I sell residential and commercial real estate in all price ranges, including luxury homes and condominiums. My service extends to,residential multi-units such as apartment buildings in all sizes, retail plazas, businesses, land for development and rentals. I consider myself a professional who cares for the PEOPLE behind the DEAL and not just for the DEAL.

In the years of my real estate experience I have had the chance to intimately familiarize myself with real estate values in the following major areas and their respective neighborhoods: Toronto downtown core east to Victoria Park and west to Etobicoke, North Toronto up to Steels Ave., North of Steels Ave in the York region including Vaughan and Markham.

This is the first time I had Batya managing the sale of my house. The end result was that the house sold at a ~8% higher price that was asked, in less than a week. This is due to Batya’s cool and collect manner which she used during the offer presentations.
